1991's Achtung Baby by U2 album cover got us inspired so we took the Hasselblad 500CM on a weekday to make a rendition of our very own album art. Lucky for us, it was sunny for most parts but less fortunate the following day as we got sunburned.
These shots were pulled off with the help from an external light meter and a tripod. All pictures were shot with a 80mm f/2.8 lens on Kodak Portra 400 to maintain consistency.
We were worried that there might be some out of focused shots or overly unnatural poses because we’d need to get in position before the 10 seconds timer fires.
It was a long and tiring day but all of that went away as soon as we saw the result later that evening. Little to no post editing was required so take on your next spontaneous project and share it with us.
